Am I? Well no! I've been having a "Kitsune" in my nicknames since I first joined online communities, YEARS ago. I tried changing, but somehow it sticked to my, and people from various communities only refer to me that way. So yeah, it started a lot before the YuyuHakusho Boom in the US (anime was aired lot earlier on French TV^^) though I admit Youko Kurama was my first anime/manga love. Now I love other lushies but I guess I'll always have a festish for animal ears and silver hair^^;
So now WTF is that "ame" in the name?
2 possible explanations: it's part of my real name and I like warm summer rain as well as candy! (both are called "ame" in Japanse). Oh, and it's a reference to xxxholic, so it's win.
(why not just tell them your usual nicks were all taken? Oh well...)
